Users agree to use Northbind services lawfully and in accordance with applicable quotations, orders, proposals or service agreements.

Service scope

Scope, pricing, limits and support levels may be defined in the applicable service documentation.

Acceptable use

• Services must not be used for unlawful activity.
• Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
• Users are responsible for maintaining secure account credentials.
• Activities that materially disrupt shared hosting infrastructure may be restricted.

Backups

The applicable backup scope and retention should be confirmed for each service. Independent copies of critical business data are recommended where appropriate.

Support

Support is provided according to the applicable service scope and may depend on issue complexity and third-party or customer dependencies.
